Event Overview

You’re using project management methods to ensure project success, but your projects still struggle – why is that? In the higher education environment, there are a number of cultural and political realities that create challenges for projects. If you’re a project manager or a member of a project team, please join us to explore common project challenges in higher education and ways to overcome them. We’ll review case studies and have group discussions to understand the causes and solutions for these common challenges, and you’ll examine your own projects to identify strategies you can employ to increase the effectiveness of your project management efforts.

Workshop Goal: To provide attendees with some specific strategies for managing the challenges often encountered in projects at higher education institutions.
