Event Overview
The spring 2021 semester represents an inflection point for campuses. While we’re not fully back to ‘normal’, we can see on the horizon a return to the familiar. This may be the ideal time to examine and explore what we’ve learned about our organizations, teams, and ourselves through these times of crisis. How do we capture these lessons before they’re lost and is it possible to make the best of these experiences forward?

Join a conversation to explore the experiences we’ve had, questions that have been raised, and consider the lessons we’d like to carry forward with us. Utilize approaches to turn these lessons into actions you can realistically take.

Learning Outcomes
 - Reflect on lessons learned about ourselves, our teams, and our organizations
 - Adopt a bias to action to prototype steps to put these lessons into practice
 - Build creative confidence to design a new normal 

Note: These sessions will not be recorded. In order to be able to prioritize group connection and experience; participants will have the option to turn cameras and microphones on during the sessions.
