Event Overview
You're invited to join the NERCOMP Leadership Ecosystem planning committee to explore their observations and lessons learned across almost three years of Ecosystem sessions. From addressing challenges and opportunities of leadership, strategy, diversity, equity and inclusion, the sessions have often been candid, informative, authentic and wide-ranging. Join the dialogue as we consider how these lessons are particularly important in these most challenging times.

Learning Objectives:
- How can we best flex our leadership approaches to match these unprecedented times?
- How is the array of topics that have been covered in Ecosystem sessions becoming more interconnected?
- What opportunities do we have to continue to partner and collaborate on these efforts across NERCOMP?
