Event Overview
Rapid and relentless change and disruption have taxed both individual and collective resilience levels. Resilience-building is about increasing our ability to respond adaptively to adversity – where challenges can range from chronic daily experiences (such as feeling overwhelmed) to major disruptions (such as a career setback, loss of a loved one, the pandemic). Resilience is what allows us to recover from change or hardship, whether in the workplace or life more generally and it’s a skill that you can learn.

Rethink, recharge, and recalibrate in the face of unrelenting challenges. This session uses a practical approach to show you how to engage in repeated and intentional engagement with wellbeing-enhancing processes so that you can avoid burning out, and instead, burn bright.

Learning Outcomes
 -
Complete an energy inventory
 - Understand how to recharge physically and emotionally
 - Identify the top three sources of resilience that you would like to strengthen

Note: These sessions will not be recorded. In order to be able to prioritize group connection and experience; participants will have the option to turn cameras and microphones on during the sessions.
