Event Overview
The start of a new year can be the perfect time to reflect and assess, especially after all the challenges of 2020. Yet, research shows that less than 10% of New Year’s resolutions last more than a few months. Might a design thinking approach prove more effective in helping us look back and plan ahead constructively?  Especially at a time when most of our institutions are still working through a challenging academic year, how can we support each other in this work as a community? 

Join a session to use design tools and approaches to reflect on 2020, across our teams, our families, and ourselves. Explore areas of challenge, growth, and gratitude to inform an outline of ideas and aspirations for 2021. Test these approaches in dialogue with others to experience how community can support and enhance these types of efforts.

Learning Outcomes
 - Reflect on areas of challenge, growth, and gratitude from 2020
 - Assess lessons that we’d like to carry into 2021
- Identify action steps to pursue

Note: These sessions will not be recorded. In order to be able to prioritize group connection and experience; participants will have the option to turn cameras and microphones on during the sessions.
