Event Overview
How do you scale licensing to benefit the organization and minimize additional workload? Join us for an insightful discussion to learn how Tufts University built its processes around distributing software.  

Dianne Silva, Assistant Director, IT Software Licensing & Management Services, will walk NERCOMP community members through issues she faced developing processes for the efficient management and distribution at Tufts. She will walk the audience through how she built systems to scale for the future and optimize her team’s management of major software titles across the organization. She will talk about the challenges she faced, how she approached solutions and ended up leveraging a third-party solution, Kivuto Cloud, to deliver major titles to students, staff, and faculty across multiple departments.
