Event Overview
IT and Library staff work with students every day, yet may not be aware of the theories of college student development. This webinar will provide some background and understanding of basics as college students grow and change throughout their time at the university. Whether you work with students directly or indirectly-this webinar will inform your work, decision-making and/or overall goals. A discussion of current challenges will also be addressed.

Session Outcomes:
  - Attendees will understand and be able to describe some student development theories
  - Attendees will gain tips for engaging with students and encouraging their growth  
  - Attendees will be able to identify current challenges that administrators and students face (through the lens of student development)
