What role would you like to play in organizing this workshop? I’m interested in organizing a workshop on this topic.

Intended Audience: Higher Ed Academic Support Units (IT, Digital Library, Teaching and Learning, Academic Computing)

Proposal:

This is for a one hour webinar. We have a three person panel (two from Vassar, one from Skidmore) that will present and host discussion on the topic of collaborating with faculty and students on developing digital projects in higher education. There will be interactive elements and discussion at the end

Learning Objectives:
Attendees will survey the landscape of current and emerging cloud computing tools that provide the opportunity for technological empowerment and experimentation.
Attendees will review and discuss current tools and concepts for sustainable campus communities and resources online.
Attendees will discuss and analyze their own institution’s teaching, learning and research website needs.
