Director Business Applications/Integrations leads a distributed team responsible for proper administration and on-going operations of all business application systems used within the University System of New Hampshire institutions, and then ensuring efficient and consistent operations for the University System of New Hampshire.

Direct processes and select and oversee implementation of appropriate tools to manage development processes, application code deployment, and data handling and integration for both local-hosted and cloud-hosted applications and end-user services.
Ensure that appropriate information technology and information security practices are followed throughout the units.
Determine the type of maintenance and support needs across a range of services including developing and maintaining vendor relationships in support of providing these services.
Monitors and reports on relevant application administration metrics and service levels
Accountable for developing and executing the budget, monitor and manage expenditures with a constant eye toward efficiencies and savings

Ten years minimum of experience managing multiple technology services and solutions within a complex, service-oriented environment.

Direct experience providing ERP and Business Application support in a Higher Education environment.
Experience managing enterprise business applications, especially ERP systems is required. Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
Master's degree or Bachelors with appropriate experience
