The University of Maine System is accepting applications for a Software Support Analyst. This position is responsible for administering, monitoring, and/or customizing the Enterprise Systems, and related tools and interfaces. The Software Support Analyst provides expertise in and support for the application, including deploying and training the software solutions.

This position supports fully remote / work-from-home employees and is not dependent upon a specific physical location. Office space on a University of Maine System campus location can also be provided if desired.

Based on the qualifications and experience of the successful applicant, the annual salary range is $55,000 - $58,000 plus a 10% employer contribution to the UMS retirement plan. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and tuition waiver programs for employees and dependents. The UMS is a recipient of the Wellness Councils of America’s Well Workplace Award and offers a wellness program.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and three years of recent experience supporting software in an enterprise and/or higher education environment.

Preferred:

Experience supporting enterprise-level applications and software systems in a functional office or an Information Technology organization.
Experience in application support in a higher education or comparable environment OR experience in a functional office managing the functional configuration of a complex application.
