The Summit Information Coordinator is a key member of the project team responsible for driving adoption of the cutting-edge Workday systems for Human Capital Management, Finance, Payroll, and Student Services. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team, working together to revolutionize the way students and employees interact with essential campus business functions.
The Summit Information Coordinator will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging communications and impactful training resources, ensuring that every member of the campus community can confidently navigate and leverage the new Workday system. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about breaking down complex concepts into accessible, user-friendly materials and thrives in a collaborative environment. The position is term-delimited, beginning in January 2025 through December 2027, working 37.5 hours/week with full benefits.
