Life Design in 2023: Virtual Small-Group Designing Your Life Coaching
Registration is Closed
Event Overview
Design the most important project of all...your life. Learn and apply the hands-on Life Design© method, popularized by the New York Times bestseller Designing Your Life, How to Build a Well-Lived, Joyful Life. Apply key aspects of the Life Design methodology to your particular career and life goals. What is Life Design? Based on design thinking methodology, Life Design is a powerful framework to explore life’s possibilities in the midst of ambiguity -- for work projects, career next steps, balance, and fulfillment in life.
In these small-group coaching sessions, you will reflect on Life Design assessments and tools, discuss insights with other participants and the facilitators, and identify action steps to approach your particular goals like a designer -- utilizing a creative, iterative, collaborative approach to testing out new possibilities.
The program will include four 1.5-hour virtual small-group sessions. Session topics include:
- Work/Life Coherence; Designing Balance and Energy for Flourishing
- Impact and Change in Our Various Roles
- Brainstorming Possibilities
- Prototyping / Testing Our Ideas; and Action Planning
As a bonus to virtual group sessions, you will also have the option for a one-hour, individual virtual session with one of the program’s facilitators focused on a topic of your choice. This will provide an opportunity to further integrate or adapt DYL principles and to help you identify and develop practices to support your growth.
