What role would you like to play in organizing this workshop? I’m interested in organizing a workshop on this topic.

Intended Audience: Librarians, Institutions with limited or marginal means of library resources, Open Educational folks

Proposal:

This 2 hour workshop would be a mixture of conversations and brainstorming for academic institutions that have limited or no real library resources or infrastructure. The goal will be to share ideas, assess options, and where possibly, collectively build structures to mutually support one another.

Learning Objectives:
Share internal strategies and approaches to resource management at respective institutions
Collaborate with other institutions similarly trying to work with limited resources
Develop additional strategies for improving library resources and supports at respective institutions
