Proposal:
Student sucess mobile apps (and portals) are just on the cusp of taking off on campuses. They cover a space anywhere that reaches students - student support offices like Financial Aid, Registration and Student Accounts, to academic support teams like tutoring and academic success, to student life including residential experiences, leadership, programming and behavioral support.
What is not clear is how to approach these space - there is an ever-changing landscape of vendors and products, and an insatiable campus appetite for agile and mobile communication to students.
Learning Objectives:
-Learn more about what these products did and are now doing
-Learn more about what vendors are doing or are schools building these products
-Learn a bit about how to implement them in a way that guarantees adoption
