Omada Technologies

Founded in 2017, Omada Technologies was built on a foundation of creativity, energy, and a deep commitment to solving customer needs quickly and effectively, without ever sacrificing quality. Our mission is to deliver honest, personalized technology services that don’t just provide a quick fix but set our clients up for long-term success. Whether you're a small college or a large university, our team is dedicated to understanding your unique challenges and working closely with you to deliver the best-fit solutions for your campus.

At Omada, we know that serving the higher education community presents unique challenges. College campuses are bustling environments that operate around the clock, with a wide range of users, from students and faculty to administrative staff, healthcare professionals, and more. When the lights go out in traditional office buildings, dorm rooms, dining halls, and libraries could be at their busiest. This complexity requires a technology partner who understands these unique needs and can deliver solutions that are both innovative and reliable.

Omada Technologies is proud to be that partner for 48 educational institutions across the Northeast. Our approach is not just about providing technology; it’s about providing solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes, with a friendly, honest team that you can trust.

Our Capabilities:

  • Comprehensive IT Solutions: We design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to the specific needs of higher education institutions. From network infrastructure and cybersecurity to data management and cloud services, we cover all aspects of your IT environment.
  • Collaborative Approach: The name "Omada" means "team" in Greek, and this team-first methodology is at the heart of everything we do. We collaborate closely with you to ensure we deeply understand your challenges and provide the most effective solutions.
  • Long-Term Roadmap Planning: We don't just sell technology; we help you map out a roadmap for the future. As Rick Sarrasin from Veracode says, "Omada maps out what the roadmap for the next few years will be, and where they see us going... they don't try to sell us something just for the sake of making the sale."
  • Customer-First Culture: Our customers are at the center of everything we do. Joe Kalinowski from Clark University notes, "With Omada, it's never about the sales pitch. The conversations we have are never about pricing—it's about our problem, what their other clients have done, and how they solved that problem." We prioritize your needs and work tirelessly to support your goals.
  • Trusted Partnerships: We partner with some of the most respected names in technology to bring you the best solutions available. One of our technology partners highlights our commitment: "They're the type of people who will break through walls, put the customer first, and do anything they need to support their customers. Aruba Networks is customer-first, customer-last, and Omada is the same way. They get it. They're a good culture fit."

Why Choose Omada Technologies?

When you choose Omada Technologies, you’re choosing a partner who understands the unique demands of the higher education environment. We are dedicated to providing innovative, reliable solutions that keep your campus running smoothly and securely, no matter the time of day. With a team that is as committed to your success as you are, Omada Technologies is here to support your institution now and in the future.

Legal Note:

NERCOMP negotiates the best prices and terms possible for its members and works with outside legal counsel to facilitate the arrangements between NERCOMP and the vendors. Any license or agreement accessed or entered into as a benefit of a Consortium Member’s NERCOMP membership is contingent on that institution remaining an active NERCOMP member for the full term of the license or agreement.  For example, if a license agreement lasts for a 3 year term, then the Consortium Member must renew its annual NERCOMP membership at least twice to remain an active Consortium Member for the full 3 year term. Failure of a Consortium Member to timely renew its NERCOMP membership status during the term of the license or agreement may result in either a) termination of the license or agreement or b) loss of the discount pricing available exclusively to NERCOMP Consortium members.

Outside counsel conducts an initial legal review of licenses and agreements on behalf of NERCOMP but does not provide an individualized review on behalf of any particular member institution. Each member institution signs its contracts with vendors individually and the institution itself is liable for the rights and obligations therein. Members are strongly encouraged to have their contracts reviewed internally by their own counsel.

NERCOMP also negotiates separate agreements with individual vendors governing NERCOMP’s own relationship with the vendor. Although NERCOMP members are not parties to these agreements, NERCOMP will make copies of available to any member for review, upon request.

Archival materials on this site are not necessarily accessible. NERCOMP will timely respond to any specific requests to make any specific document accessible.
