Hi, I’m Courtney! Let me help you achieve success and unlock your full potential.

My Approach

The purpose of professional development is to walk away will skills you did not have prior to attendance, not discuss topics that do not apply to you directly.  My approach to professional development is to manifest meaningful, relevant, and relatable experiences for faculty, administrators, and organizations that lead to implementing small changes that make a powerful difference. My professional development offerings focus on the issues at hand for educators and organizations. Faculty have left my training with the answers to some of the following questions:

What are the best practices for working with nontraditional students in face-to-face and online settings?
How do we engage our students in online settings?
What is the quickest and most effective process for giving academic feedback to large online classes?
