Pat Coogan
Pat is a project manager in the IT Service Management at Dartmouth College. She is primarily involved with educational technology-related initiatives including video conferencing, LMS evaluation and implementation, accessibility, and e-portfolio. She has completed ITIL Foundations Certification. Her current interests include integrating design thinking and agile methodologies into her work. Prior to Dartmouth, Pat acquired significant experience in higher education academic affairs administration including curriculum development and review, protection of human participants in research, and regional accreditation reporting. Pat has developed and taught undergraduate courses in management for online and face-to-face delivery. She earned an MS from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston College. She is an avid rower and skier.

Sherri Drisdelle
Sherri is currently the Director of IT Portfolio Services at Brandeis University.  Sherri oversees all administrative systems at Brandeis as well as the learning management system (LMS).  Prior to this Sherri was the Associate Director for Professional Services and a Senior Technical Project Manager at Brandeis.  Sherri has also had various Project Management roles outside of higher education working in the financial industry for both MetLife and SunLife.  Sherri has a bachelor's degree in computer science (B.CS), ITIL Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management (March 2016), PMP certification (July 2001) and has worked in IT for over 20 years.

Susan Zaslaw
Susan is currently a senior project manager in the IT Service Management Office at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she has worked for over 20 years. Her responsibilities include overseeing the IT project portfolio management processes, supporting project management methods and tools for the IT department, and providing project management leadership for strategic initiatives. Susan has been managing large IT projects for more than 10 years and received her PMP certification in 2011. She also holds two ITIL certifications in Service Management and is a certified Scrum Master. She has a BA from Norwich University in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Business and Management.

Prior to Dartmouth, Susan worked 12 years for a regional savings bank based in San Diego, CA. In 1994, she moved to Hanover, NH where she enjoys the outdoors and gardening.
