Joshua Bonn
Joshua Bonn is the Education Trainer for the Natick, MA Microsoft Store team. He has worked for Microsoft for 4 years and has a background in Retail Technology Sales and Educational Training. At Microsoft he works to help build relationships with local educational institutions, support and training small to medium size businesses (SMB), and non-profit organizations through in-store and offsite training events on Microsoft Software with cross platform integration. In his free time, he loves to read, watch operas and relax to orchestral music!

Jessie Morgan
Jessie Morgan is the SMB Specialist for the Natick, MA Microsoft Store team. She has worked for Microsoft for 5 years and has a background in Retail Technology Sales. At Microsoft she works to build relationships with local educational institutions, small to medium size businesses (SMB), and non-profit organizations through direct engagement in-store and offsite and evangelize product offerings and cross platform ecosystem integration. In her free time, she loves to travel, watch football and play with her dog!
