Event Overview
Please join us for this workshop where AV leaders from Bates, University of New Hampshire, Tufts, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Saint Michaels College will share wisdom and experience with AV Operations / Service Management.

These and many more issues will be addressed:
- What are the operational changes in AV support that brought major changes/ improvements? 
- How does the use of metrics help us to make decisions on AV support and equipment and change how we work?
- Classroom Standards: The What, The Why, how, and the service level agreements they can generate. 
 - How do we leveraging Freelance/Temporary Labor/ Students to supplement Full-Time Staff? 

Session Outcomes:
Attendees will learn best practices with: 
 - Life-cycle replacement planning.
 - Constituent governance group around learning spaces (Learning Environments Advisory Group)
 - Preferred vendor-partner relationship.
 - Work-Study Student techs / Student techs
 - Crestron RoomView Fusion or other remote management?
 - UX – user experience as it applies to the design of control, documentation, icons, etc.
 - Communication to faculty: shared stories/ tips and tricks. 

A day all about AV where we hope to assist your team in reducing “fire-fighting” and moving toward AV service management.
