Harold Brenneman

Mr. Brenneman has an MBA, focusing on the management of technology and innovation, and over 15 years of experience implementing SharePoint and Content Management Solutions, including:  Enterprise Content/Document Management, Digital Asset / Media Management, Regulatory Compliance Management, and Knowledge Management Repositories.  He is a Consulting Manager with the Lighthouse Computer Services’ Microsoft Technology Group, where he advises clients on program and project management, business analysis, functional design, and user experience and adoption.

Daniel Demmons

Dan Demmons: Is the Director of Web Design, Architecture and Services at Providence College. A Higher Ed web professional for over 20 years, his area of oversight at Providence College is the technical development and design of both the external official websites and the internal portal.

 
Amy Donovan
Amy Donovan joined Lesley University as Chief Information Officer in  2015. At Lesley Ms. Donovan oversees the IT functions and works in partnership with the Academic Technology department. Lesley uses the Colleague Student Information System, Blackboard, Raiser’s Edge, Hobsons CRM and Office 365. Students and employees utilize Office 365 at Lesley.

Prior to Lesley, she was Chief Information Officer for a multi-campus theological school for eight years.  From 1991 – 2007, Ms. Donovan worked for a global non-profit, Circuit City Stores, Inc. and FDIC as a programmer, systems analyst and IT Manager.

Ms. Donovan has been involved in volunteer relief and development projects in the Caribbean, Middle East, South Africa and U.S. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from George Mason University, has completed graduate studies in Workplace Ethics and is a M.S. candidate at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI.


Venessa Ferguson
Vanessa is an Innovation Executive at LiveTiles, based in New York City. She began her career as a high school teacher before pursuing post graduate studies in organizational psychology. Her work in the corporate sector includes change management consulting and development of strategic initiatives for technological growth. Vanessa is passionate about employee engagement and productivity, and the implementation of technology to foster positive communication and collaboration. An Australian native, Vanessa enjoys working for a dynamic product company that allows her to travel and engage with her fellow employees, partners and customers all over the world.


John Matteson

John is a Sr. Applications Developer in the Providence College Information Technology department.  He supports the school’s Banner Finance, Banner Document Management initiatives, as well as custom application development.  John has 30+ years of combined business and IT experience.   As Providence College’s technology initiatives continue grow, he has been responsible for integrating project management processes within the department.


Patty Patria
Patty Patria is the Vice President for Information Technology at Becker College. She has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with more than 15 in higher education. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership in long-term and short-term planning, managing administrative and academic technology, overseeing the Becker libraries and proving oversight for the management of computer networks, servers and personal computers.  Patty also oversees information security and compliance requirements for the College.

 Patty holds a Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

David Salter

 David Salter is Innovation & Experience Lead at LiveTiles NYC. David’s original background is in health care information systems (HCIS), application development and business analysis. He is now focusing on enabling simple, intelligent workplaces in the context of Office 365, SharePoint and Azure.

Karl Steiner

Karl Steiner Is the Executive Director for Enterprise Systems and Services in the Information Technology department at Providence College. His primary responsibility is the support of the Banner ERP and all other enterprise software solutions including the College’s Portal (MyPC). With over 36 years of experience, he has witnessed first-hand the technology evolution which has transported us to the cloud  with an unlimited  number of users demanding current technologies anywhere at any time.  

Suresh Ural

Mr. Ural has 20 years of software design and development experience working on large to small scale application development efforts, including

SharePoint Intranet, Extranet, and Internet solutions leveraging SharePoint applications, collaboration, portal, and web publishing capabilities. He is a Microsoft Virtual Technology Solution Professional (V-TSP), a Partner outreach program at Microsoft that augments and compliments Microsoft resources in helping with technical presales and architecture and design sessions. As a V-TSP, he represents Microsoft and frequently holds architecture and design sessions with clients on Office 365 services, SharePoint and custom application development.

As a Microsoft Experience Center (MEC) qualified facilitator, he holds sessions with multiple clients to help them understand different Microsoft technologies and services and technologies, and how it can help their organization.
