Ryan Conwell

Ryan Conwell is the Manager of IT Business Analysis at Harvard Business School IT, where he leads a team of Business Analysts supporting a broad range of IT projects and programs. He is one of the original co-leads of HBS IT’s AI Alliance and has helped shape the group’s direction and evolution. Prior to joining HBS, Ryan worked as a Business Analyst across multiple industries, bringing a diverse perspective to technology and business challenges. He studied Manufacturing Engineering Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology.


 

Annie Harrison

Annie Harrison is the Communications Lead for Harvard Business School IT, where she leads strategic communications and digital content management for high-impact technology projects and initiatives. A founding member of HBS 's AI Alliance and a co-lead since March 2026, she has been instrumental in translating technical AI updates into accessible messaging that supports responsible, community-driven adoption across HBS. She holds a master's in digital marketing and design from Brandeis University and a bachelor's in journalism and political science from Central Michigan University.


 

Laurence Tardiani

Laurence Tardiani is a Business Relationship Manager with Harvard Business School IT, where he partners with departments across the organization to align technology initiatives with strategic business goals. With more than a decade of experience spanning cloud infrastructure, relationship management, and emerging technologies, he is passionate about making AI practical and accessible through cross-functional collaboration, education, and innovation. He enjoys helping bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful, people-centered solutions.
