Introducing the NERCOMP AI Leadership Academy and Applied AI Studio!
The NERCOMP AI Leadership Academy + Applied AI Studio, powered by the Next Leaders Fellowship, is an initiative to develop a network of AI-enabled professionals who can identify, implement, and inspire AI solutions across the NERCOMP community.
Generative AI resources are widely available, but opportunities to develop practical leadership and change management skills in higher education focused on AI are scarce.
This new program will be offered in November and again at NERCOMP 2026.
