Event Overview
This interactive, hands-on workshop explores how generative AI can accelerate creativity, reduce friction, and strengthen outcomes across talent development projects. Participants will experiment with practical AI applications spanning the full project lifecycle — from needs analysis and design to communication and evaluation. Rather than focusing on tools alone, the session emphasizes how to collaborate thoughtfully with AI to produce better work, faster, while maintaining ethical and inclusive practices. Attendees will leave with ready-to-use prompts, a practical toolkit, and the confidence to integrate AI into their everyday project work.

Session Outcomes:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:|
- Apply generative AI techniques to support key phases of talent development projects, including planning, design, communication, and evaluation
- Craft effective prompts that transform early ideas into structured, actionable outputs
- Identify ethical and responsible practices for using AI in professional development contexts
