Event Overview

A follow up to last year’s metrics workshop, with all new material. Join us to learn how three different institutions use this vital information to inform campus decision-making. Boston University Medical Campus IT will discuss the newest metrics used in Client Services; Yale University will share their journey to metric design maturity, and; Bryant University will tell us how metrics are being used on their campus. Bring your questions and dashboards. There will be plenty of time for discussion and sharing examples.
