Event Overview
Our current environment has caused sudden and significant disruptions in the way we usually approach projects and initiatives and thrown us into more of a "fire drill" mode of project management. So how do we take all the details we learned in books and through the well-regarded PMI Project Management framework for moving projects through their lifecycle and adapt it to this new crisis environment? What happens to that project flow during a crisis? What gives? What stays?

In this webinar, we’ll examine the impact of a crisis on the project management framework and how to introduce significant transitions and maximize adoption and acceptance.

Intended audience: Project managers/leads, functional and technical leads, support staff, communications managers, and other organizational stakeholders with key project roles and responsibilities.

Learning Objectives

- Examine the impact of a crisis on an organization.
 - Identify project management priorities when managing a project in an emergency.
 - Reflect on how your school managed projects during the pandemic.
