Pat Coogan
Pat Coogan is a Project Portfolio Consultant with the Information Technology Services department at the College of the Holy Cross. Working with the CIO she developed processes to track and ensure consistency across various IT initiatives proposed and undertaken at the College. She is currently providing project management support in the phased rollout of Canvas. Prior to Holy Cross, Pat was a project manager within the Information Technology and Consulting department at Dartmouth College and has completed ITIL Foundations Certification. Her previous experience includes higher education academic affairs administration and teaching undergraduate courses in management online and face-to-face. She earned an MS from Syracuse University and an MBA from Boston College.

Susan Zaslaw
Susan Zaslaw is a Strategic IT Consultant in the Office of Information Technology at Princeton University. In this role, she provides consulting and mentoring on IT projects; oversees business case development, project management and change readiness planning for strategic projects; leads departmental IT assessments and strategic IT planning efforts; facilitates technology-enabled process improvement initiatives; and delivers methodologies, tools and training on managing projects and improving processes. She recently received her PMI-PBA certification. Prior to Princeton, Susan was the Director of the IT Project and Portfolio Management Office (PPMO) at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire, where she worked for over 20 years. She has been managing large IT projects for more than 10 years and received her PMP certification in 2011. She also holds ITIL certifications in Service Management, and Release Control and Validation, and is a certified Scrum Master. She has a BA from Norwich University in Liberal Studies, with an emphasis in Business and Management.
