Event Overview
Is adopting a new Learning Management System (LMS) in your future? If so, you need to learn how to handle challenges posed by multiple stakeholders in your environment. We are here to help! You are invited to learn from four New England schools as they share their lessons learned and experiences of navigating each phase of an LMS conversion. They will share practical insights and real-world scenarios, including planning, engagement, change management, and implementation, as well as valuable tips on monitoring change, drawing from pilot experiences, and targeted awareness and training. 

Don't reinvent the wheel. Take advantage of this NERCOMP workshop and gain valuable insights on LMS conversion from those who have already gone through the process!

Session Outcomes:
Participants will:
 - Learn steps to readying your campus for a successful transition to your new LMS.
 - Gain crucial insights into the opportunities and challenges of changing to a new LMS. 
 - Learn effective communication strategies to dispel misconceptions and rumors.
