Peter Madonia
Dr. Peter Madonia is the Program Chair for the Master of Education program at Post University. He served as a teacher, principal, and superintendent in three school districts in Connecticut. Additionally, he has 14 years of experience teaching leadership at post-masters and doctoral studies levels. His research interests include organizational and educational leadership, school and district administration, and preparing teachers and instructional leaders.  


 

Andrew Smith
Dr. Andrew J. Smith is an experienced Program Chair with a demonstrated track record of working in the post-secondary setting as an administrator, researcher, and author. 

Areas of specialization include but are not limited to: leadership development, organizational development, enrollment management, contingency planning, retention strategies and academic advisement theory. 

He has a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Masters in Business Administration.
