Katrina Adkins

Dr. Adkins, SHI’s Director of Education Solutions, earned a master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a doctorate degree in Instructional Technology & Distance Education. Her 20 years of experience as a teacher, administrator and Director of IT brings first hand expertise and deep understanding of how to build, navigate, innovate and modernize an effective, outcome based, education technology strategy to benefit the entire school ecosystem. Her practical experience involves many years of passionate involvement working with administration, teachers and students to implement, district wide, technology-based programs into classrooms ranging from kindergarten to post-secondary. Dr. Adkins remains immersed in all areas impacting education technology including learning, teaching, research, professional development, innovation and key trends. She has a global presence within the educational community and is regularly featured as a guest speaker at conferences and local events. She has authored numerous publications including books, journals, technology white papers and maintains an education focused blog.

Michael Esolda, SHI Senior Program Director & National SLED Technology Strategist 

Michael leverages over 30 years of serving as a New Jersey IT public executive and CIO in Woodbridge Township, New Jersey, and a Technology Consultant for the New Jersey School Boards Association. His wealth of knowledge and experience allows him to collaborate with Account Executives and interface with customers to assist organizations on their digital transformation journey. He is a thought leader who sees the big picture and helps put it into practice for SHI and its customers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Seton Hall University, a Master of Science in Information Management from NJIT, is a Certified Public Supervisor/Certified Public Manager, serves as a Rutgers Co-Adjunct Professor and has earned a Chief Information Officer Certification from the University Of North Carolina. He is also reformed over 16 years ago and was the President for 6 years of NJ-GMIS and currently serves an NJ-GMIS Foundation Board Member. 

Dean Henry – Account Executive, Massachusetts Higher Education

Dean has been with SHI since graduating from Kutztown University in 2014 with a degree in Electronic Media.  He begun working with Higher Education in Massachusetts in 2017.  Since then, his focus has remained on customer success through understanding the competitive landscape, providing the right SHI experts for projects, and continuing to support our SHI clients throughout the IT process.
