Leelianna is not your typical sales gal and comes to the Microsoft team with skills from her marketing background that helps her connect with customers to make informed decisions that best apply for their environments. Rounding out her first year with Microsoft, she’s found she loves working with EDU customers because teachers and educators have the ability to really impact the lives of their students. It’s inspiring, but hard, rewarding work.

Ryan Umali | Microsoft Cloud Technical Expert
Ryan has been with Microsoft for five years and has focused on the end-user experience that customers have with Microsoft Products. As a first line worker himself, he is able to speak to the interactions that he has had with a variety of Microsoft customers on a daily basis. Taking that experience, he provides training centered around Office 365 and how everyone can use these applications to be more productive and achieve more. The impact that is created through these tools and trainings is really what makes the role Ryan has the most rewarding.
