Event Overview:
Higher education IT is evolving rapidly, with academic technology leaders driving innovation in AI, digital preservation, and research computing. Across institutions of all sizes, IT teams are navigating complex challenges in governance, collaboration, and strategic decision-making to support faculty, students, and researchers.

Libraries are a key part of this transformation, operating at the intersection of research, digital scholarship, and IT infrastructure. From pioneering AI-driven research tools to leading open-access and digital preservation efforts, library leaders are tackling many of the same challenges faced across higher ed IT.

How can IT professionals across higher ed apply these insights in their own organizations?
Join this interactive panel discussion featuring IT leaders from diverse institutions as they explore:
- Libraries as Innovation Hubs in Higher Ed – How libraries contribute to digital transformation and IT strategy.
- AI in Research and Libraries – The evolving role of AI in research, discovery, and digital services.
- Research Support & Data Management – There is a growing need for scalable infrastructure, open access, and digital preservation.
