Event Overview
Boston University is wrapping up the inaugural year of a program designed to help provide professional development opportunities for IT personnel at the university. This program leverages capabilities, knowledge, and passions of IT and HR to deliver an effective program with minimal budgetary requirements. In this workshop, the presenters will give an overview of the creation of the program and how it was developed in-house with a limited budget. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in some of the professional development training that was used in the program. The goal is provide attendees with resources and ideas that can be used by your organization to create a professional development program for your staff.
