11:30am - 12:00pm Change Readiness Planning: Stakeholder Identification and Analysis
We’ll begin to complete your Change Readiness Plan starting with an examination of who is impacted by the coming change mapping their interest in and influence over your project. How can you manage this strategically?

1:00pm - 1:15pm Change Readiness Planning: Communications
One size doesn’t fit all when it comes to communication. In your plan, you’ll identify the types of communications that stakeholders will need to understand and adapt to changes.
1:15pm - 1:30pm Change Readiness Planning: Training
How will you bring your stakeholders on board? You’ll identify the types of training resources that will be available to stakeholders so they can learn new systems, alter work processes, and comply with new or revised policies.
1:30pm - 1:45pm Change Readiness Planning: Support
Once your change is implemented, you’ll describe how stakeholders will get help with problems, questions and requests.
