9:30am - 10:30am iHelp: A Multi Departmental Collaboration Project at Providence College
Speakers:

Beatrice Pulliam, Commons Librarian, Head of Technology & Access, Providence College
The IT department and Library staff were trying to think of ways to update some tired looking underutilized space in the basement of the library. We did some brainstorming and brought an idea to the library director and the CFO. Six months later, after a reasonable expenditure of funds on equipment and furniture the TecHub was born. But we didn’t stop there. We thought why not get the Media Services and Instructional Technology Development departments on board? In this session you will learn more about what we did and how it is working.
