Jeremy Anderson

Jeremy is the Deputy Chief of Analytics and Technology Transformation at Bay Path University.  He provides leadership and change management to integrate central Information Technology Services, Institutional Research, and decentralized technology teams across the University. In this capacity, he creates, enhances, supervises, and manages processes and functions relating to instructional, learning, data, and administrative technologies. He also seeks to promote a culture of data-driven decision making across Bay Path University. He has held positions in instructional design, technology management, and public education.  Jeremy has a BS in history education from Central Connecticut State University, an MS in educational technology from Eastern Connecticut State University, and an EdD in interdisciplinary leadership from Creighton University.

Jessica Egan

Jessica has worked at the intersection of teaching and technology for over ten years. With two degrees heavily focused on curriculum and instruction from Florida State University, she began her career as an ESL instructor and was quickly drawn to data-driven course design and ways instructional technology can enhance teaching and learning. She currently teaches English composition courses and serves as the Director of Instructional Design and Faculty Development with The American Women's College at Bay Path University. Her primary focus with Bay Path includes overseeing instructional design for online learning and adaptive course design.

Deb Gelch

Creative and goal-oriented technology executive with proven experience in strategic planning, resource management, governance, and building agile IT teams. Proven leadership with a strong record of success creating robust IT infrastructures and integrated information systems. Takes a bird's eye view of organizational challenges and develops practical solutions from an institution wide perspective. Megan Piccus

Megan Piccus has 20 years of experience in roles in higher education as full time faculty and program management responsibilities.  She also has 15 years of experience working in industry primarily in an operations management and quality management capacity for a major aerospace manufacturer.  She started working in higher education as faculty at a community college in western Massachusetts where she taught Engineering Technology.  Since joining Bay Path University in 2018, her current role is Academic Program Director for The American Women’sCollege of Bay Path, where she is responsible for oversight of the undergraduate Business Administration degree programs, curriculum development, faculty hiring and oversight, and academic quality.  Megan has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MS in Operations Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is passionate in promoting data-driven strategies to curriculum development and management of the Business degree program at The American Women’s College.

Richard Silva

Rich is the Senior Director of Administrative Technology for The American Woman’s College at Bay Path University. Rich is the architect of Bay Path’s data warehouse infrastructure which combines SIS, LMS and CRM data sources to produce a consolidated view of student activity. Rich is the project leader for Bay Path’s predictive analytics development and implementation.

Rich began his higher education career at the Hartford Graduate Center, which would later become Rensselaer at Hartford. While at Rensselaer Rich designed and implemented one of the first data warehouses in higher education which was ultimately modelled by SCT for their initial Banner Data Warehouse option.

Rich’s interest in artificial intelligence was induced when he read his first Isaac Asimov novel as a child. Many years later Rich has been fortunate enough to marry his background in AI with his experience in data architecture to produce a data modelling and predictive analytics landscape at the American Woman’s College.
