Discussion will include dialogue on technology adoption, advisement models, and strategies to introduce and successfully manage change.

12:00pm - 12:45pm The Road Ahead: An EAB Roadmap

12:45pm - 2:15pm Topic 2: Communications Strategies for Success
Discussion will center on the use of EAB SSC tools including campaigns, progress reports, alerts & cases, tutoring mechanisms, and EAB’s Guide.

2:15pm - 3:15pm Topic 3: Platform Analytics
Discussion will focus on predictive risk, success markers, and reporting with a focus on the application of the analytics.
