Kerrie Sacovitch
Associate Director, Communication & Change Management

In Higher Ed ITS since 1997, Kerrie began in Service Desk front line support and authoring knowledgebase, news, and web content. Using her background in secondary and adult basic education she designed and presented orientations and workshops. She managed ITS efforts in cross-campus collaborations and campaigns. Now leading the Communications & Change team, Kerrie engages the community in technology and process adoption through strong ITS and departmental partnerships. She is guided by values of customer service, continuous process improvement, and teamwork! She holds a BA from the College of the Holy Cross, and certifications in ITIL, Knowledge-Centered Support, and Change Management.

Sharon Robsky
Technical Communications Specialist

Sharon is responsible for producing ITS documentation, training, and communication for a wide variety of audiences, including non-technical users. She supports cybersecurity education, software changes, and projects. She also collaborates with other ITS teams to provide support through written documentation, multimedia channels, and live training. She also promotes and coordinates professional development opportunities for the ITS department.
