Event Overview
What might be different if each time you felt stuck, you had tools you could rely on to help you get moving again? As our world continues to move faster and get more complex, it can be increasingly useful to take even a few moments to clarify our values, motivations, and ultimately who we want to be.  In this practice-focused session, we will experience several approaches to making challenging decisions, including building new habits like reflection and intention setting into our toolbox.

Learning Outcomes
 - Clarify our values and what is most important
 - Identify the challenging situations that we encounter most often
 - Practice noticing those moments and utilizing the tools offered

Note: These sessions will not be recorded. In order to be able to prioritize group connection and experience; participants will have the option to turn cameras and microphones on during the sessions.
