Cindy Griffiths

Cindy Griffiths has been with Carnegie Mellon University for 22 years, holding roles as an academic advisor and business manager at the Tepper School of Business before becoming the Principal Software License Analyst, a position she has held for the past five years. With a background in contract management, purchasing, and serving as a liaison with the University Contracts Office, Cindy brings a unique perspective that blends operational expertise with customer-focused insight. She holds a M.S. in Professional Leadership from Carlow University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has led numerous initiatives to streamline and improve purchasing processes across the university.

 

Debbie Schill

Debbie Schill is the Director of Client Experience in Computing Services at Carnegie Mellon University, where she brings a collaborative, customer-focused approach to enhancing services and processes across campus. She oversees central IT support, software management, general productivity services, and product management. With more than 20 years at Carnegie Mellon, Debbie has held leadership roles in areas such as Identity and Access Management and Classroom and Learning Technologies. She also serves as the Incident and Major Incident Process Owner within IT Service Management. Debbie holds an M.S. in Instructional Leadership from Robert Morris University.
