Matt Winn
Senior Analyst

Dr. Matt Winn is an education technology expert with 20+ years of leadership experience in academic administration and teaching and learning technologies. At Tambellini Group, he advises institutional leaders on modernization planning and selection strategies, along with producing research and other publications to support strategic decision-making in the higher education community. Prior to joining Tambellini Group, Matt served as both VP of Information Technology and Dean of Online Education at Dallas Baptist University, where he led modernization projects with a focus on student information systems, learning management systems, CRM, and various student and academic systems. His diverse experience spans Information Technology, Online Learning, Teaching, Admissions, and Student Affairs. Matt earned his PhD in Learning Technologies from University of North Texas, and both his MEd in Higher Education and BA in Communication from Dallas Baptist University.
