James Hayes-Bohanan
James Hayes-Bohanan is Professor of Geography at Bridgewater State University. He has been a leader in online education and helped to establish the university’s Center for Sustainability and its program in Latin American & Caribbean Studies. For almost 20 years, much of his teaching has centered on the geographies of coffee.

Pamela Hayes-Bohanan
Pamela Hayes-Bohanan is a Reference and Instruction Librarian and Spanish Instructor at Bridgewater State University. She has been on the Advisory Board for the University’s Sustainability program since its inception and has twice taught the introductory course for the Sustainability Innovation and Outreach minor.

They reside with their rescue dog in a permaculture compound adjacent to the BSU campus.
