In this session, speakers will discuss helping and interviewing techniques, as well as managing faculty stress.

10:45am - 12:00pm   Seeing Clients and Colleagues as Learners (aka 'Covert ID)
This session will be geared towards training clients to work with you, collaborative and cooperative learning techniques and backwards design for projects.

12:00pm - 1:00pm   Lunch

1:00pm - 1:50pm   Features of Effective Partnerships and How to Get There
This session will focus on effective collaboration

1:55pm - 2:45pm   Tools for Getting Organized (Forms and Beyond)
This session will cover supporting instructional design through forms, tools for intake and tracking, reporting and program evaluation etc.

 2:45pm - 3:00pm   Closing Thoughts
