Juli Haugen
Juli is a digital accessibility consultant working to identify, evaluate, and implement accessibility approaches across campus and is an advocate for accessibility and universal design for faculty, staff and students at Bowdoin College. She is coordinating efforts of Bowdoin’s Accessibility Taskforce. She has attended and presented at NERCOMP, EDUCAUSE, the American Anthropological Association conference, and the Maine College Library conference. She holds a B.S from the University of New Hampshire and an M.S in Instructional Design and Technology from Southern New Hampshire University.

Martha Kelehan
Martha Kelehan is the Assistant Director of Research and Learning at Tisch Library, Tufts University. She has a MLIS from UCLA, and a MA in Latin American & Caribbean Studies from Tulane University. In 2022-23, Martha co-chaired the strategic planning process for the Boston Library Consortium (BLC) with her co-presenter. She has been a co-chair of both the BLC’s Heads of Resource Management and Association of College and Research Libraries-New England Chapter’s Collection Development Interest Group, and a chair or co-chair of the former Social Sciences Librarians Boot Camp.

Mary Moser
Mary Moser is the Engagement and Advancement Librarian at UMass Boston. She has an MLS from Indiana University Bloomington and an MA in Educational Technology Leadership from the George Washington University. In 2022-23, Mary co-chaired the strategic planning process for the Boston Library Consortium with her co-presenter. Mary has presented at numerous academic library conferences, both locally and nationally. She has facilitated discussion group sessions for multiple NERCOMP conferences, both in-person and online, and she chaired the NERCOMP 2021 annual conference.

Heather Rankin
Heather came to Bowdoin in 2019. Previously, Heather worked with the Information Technology group at Community Health Options in Lewiston, Maine; for the New York State Department of Health, building NY State of Health; and for the City of New York, managing the NYC Health Insurance Link. Heather earned her B.A. in Political Science at City College of New York and her Master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and Public Health. Heather holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, has completed the MOR Leadership Program, and is recently Belbin Team Role Accredited.
