Event Overview

ITIL implementation is based on the assumption that it will enhance technology services, delivery and support for students and faculty, thereby improving teaching and learning. Hear how the Worcester State University IT department is utilizing ITIL to support the university mission. This has been accomplished by ITIL training and certification of staff, an assessment of service desk practices and a plan to upgrade current helpdesk tools.

This presentation is for individuals interested in implementing best practices in IT services management.

This is a follow-up to the ITIL Best Practices webinar presented January 2015.
