Speaker: Anthony Adade

Anthony has extensive leadership and management experience in IT services delivery and support, both in private business and in higher education. He is currently CIO at Worcester State University, where he is responsible for providing overall vision and leadership for the development and implementation of innovative institutional technology services that support institutional mission and strategic goals.

He holds a doctorate degree with a concentration in technology leadership development. His research interest is in professional development for technology service managers, with a focus on quality evaluation of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) training and implementation.
