Dr. Carolyn Goerner
Dr. Carolyn Goerner is passionate about creating confident leaders. Her book “The Confident Millennial: 52 Tips for Leadership Success” highlights some of these strategies. Armed with 10 years’ HR consulting experience and a Ph.D. in Management and Human Resources from The Ohio State University, Carolyn joined Indiana University-Bloomington’s Kelley School of Business in 2000 and is currently the Aldi Distinguished I-Core Clinical Professor. Her multiple courses on LinkedIn Learning (including Overcoming Impostor Syndrome, Making the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager, and Empathy at Work) receive international acclaim. Carolyn’s company, CarolynGoerner.com, provides in-person and virtual training programs across a variety of industries.
