What is the current state of Instructional Design? What does the future hold for the field of instructional design and instructional designers? What are the differences in field when one takes into account the many varying facets of our profession, which include higher education, corporate, and non-profit?The symposium will present the various methodologies and tools available to instructional designs and the impact of Mobile and Open demands. This symposium will have presentations from subject experts, however participants/attendees of the symposium will be asked to bring their questions, and be prepared to work collaboratively to hash out some of these issues. The culmination of this group brainstorming session will be an open discussion on instructional design.
