Event Overview
Why is knowledge management a black hole for some organizations? If your goal is to provide customers with accurate, easy to find instructions, you need a knowledge management strategy that addresses the following:
- Targets the appropriate audience
- Contains relevant content
- Content that is current, accurate and easy to understand
- Is available for use at the time of need
- And most important, is easy to find, use and reuse!
This requires a thoughtful and detailed process to ensure people have the knowledge they need, and if they can't find it, we provide them with a clear path to get it. How do you measure if your knowledge management strategy is successful at meeting these needs? What are the common mistakes when designing and implementing how your organization delivers knowledge?
Join us to learn about knowledge management planning, and ensuring a successful rollout at your organization. You’ll walk away with resources to:
- Plan a knowledge management delivery and improvement process
- Measure success at meeting the needs of the people using the knowledge
