Event Overview
The term ‘the new normal’ is being tossed around a lot lately, but what does it take to encourage and support organizational change, especially cultural change, in the face of drastically new circumstances? Our institutions and teams are facing challenges none of us has experienced. As leaders, we are expected to provide vision and support while navigating the realities of deep uncertainty. How do we maintain our commitment to values while confronted with difficult choices? Join this conversation with leaders as we explore these ideas from the vantage points of different roles and different types of institutions.
