Will Cowen
Will is a senior Ruby developer at Dartmouth, where he writes research and administrative applications for the college. In addition to stand-alone applications, his work focusses on bridging disparate systems with common, reusable and maintainable code, leveraging modern web API architecture.

Jing Qi|
Jing presently serves as Learning Analytic and LMS Specialist at Dartmouth. Prior to joining the Dartmouth Information Technology and Consulting team, Dr. Qi had served as the Director of Institutional Research and Information Management at public institutions. She holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and received her doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont. Dr. Qi has been working in the field of institutional research and instructional technologies for many years. Using her solid background in computer science, extensive experience in statistics, and strong interest in data visualization, she integrates the core elements of learning analytics and educational technology in the exploration of Analytics in Instructions and Learning.
